How to Make a Killing on YouTube

No Traffic equals No Money.

There is no denying the fact that without traffic, there is no monetization and it doesn't even matter how you are trying to make money, whether you are promoting your own products or someone else's as an affiliate, or whether you are trying to make money with adsense and CPA networks, the result is the same.

Getting Traffic

I keep going on and on and really there are many ways. But because getting traffic is probably the most important task you have to do in order to ensure your website's success, I try to offer different methods, but most of all I try to offer methods that are easy and automated and that anyone can do.

Any way, most of the time getting traffic is quite difficult unless you pay for it and even then it might you cost you more than you get back in return.

Getting rankings in search engines might be free, but not if you account for the time it takes to get those rankings. Besides, it is hard work, extremely time consuming and not really something that I want to touch upon. Moreover the numbers of visitors for specific keywords is usually small regardless of a high ranking.

A New Way

You might have noted how more and more people are moving towards videos. Pictures tell more than a 1000 words and moving pictures are better than still ones. This has been largely possible due to the proliferation of broadband and for new web video technologies such as video to flash.
Anyhow what this means is that social sites like youtube are serving up extremely large numbers of videos each day. Youtube infact serves about 2 million videos each day and that's a large number so that even if you could get !% of those people to watch your video ...You'd make a killing, wouldn't you?

Although most of the videos are posted by amateurs looking for laughs, notoriety, and 15 minutes of internet fame, a savvy internet marketer will try to take advantage of this service to drive more traffic and thus to get sales.

As this traffic is free and definitely large enough. Your bandwidth is fully paid for and your videos are hosted as long as you keep them up. So your only cost is literally the initail cost to make the videos. In weeks and months you could make a lot of money and as your videos can remain for years, you could make more. Unlike banner ads or text ads you need not invest more to keep the ads running. Its almost like getting to run your commercial for free on the top TV channels!

Videos are very popular and a lot of people would spend time to look at them unlike other media and as your videos gets more and more views, it increases in popularity and the rankings of popular videos are always favored higher.

Opportunity not to be Missed

There is no denying the advantages of videos. It is common knowledge that pictures say more than a 1000 words and that moving pictures and better than still ones. We also know that people spend time to look at videos whereas they might ignore text and banner ads and even webpages.

But besides the advantages of videos this is a great opportunity to get large numbers of traffic, entirely for free and the best part is that it is NEW.

Due to the ‘newness’ of this advertising medium, you can gain a size able advantage before this method of promotion becomes competitive.

The bar for promotion with online video is currently set very, very low, and the competition is not fierce like it is in SEO.

Really it is opportunity that you should not miss.

So Don't Delay
